I was just wondering if anyone knows if there is any way of getting extra barrels for the Handi's in Canada. I know I can't get them from H&R. I have a 24" 50cal. huntsman right now I wanna sell that and get a .243 Ultra with the 24" bull barrel then get the 26" Huntsman barrel for that. My local  gun shop sells the 50cal., .243 combo but it is the 22" barrel and it doesn't have the laminated stock. Any info would be greatly appretiated. Thanks in advance.

There is only one way to do it. Get a friend in the US to have one of his Handis fitted with a new barrel by H&R. He can then send you the barrel by mail.

There is no restriction on a barrel if send by an individual.
Look for a used barrel. I have traded a 25-06 for a 223.
No trouble. Except some one stealing the barrel in the mail, and that is not a joke.

You better off by just buying a complete new rifle in Canada. They are cheap enough.

Myself I have no use for a switch barrel rifle. You can't tune two barrels to one action. Mind you I am fuzzy.
