Prince William Sound Bears

Anyone know if they are out yet near whitter.  I am going to be going next week and wanted to know how I might fair.  Also, any know of good areas to try.

Heard the bears are moving around. Don't know how you'll do with bears but you should see alot of people. I bet I have heard about 30-40 folks going down there next week.

Over ont he east side out of Valdez there is still snow above 2,000 feet.  Still some snow down low depending on how the slope is facing.

No bear sign over here, in the sound.  Did see quite a few skunk cabbage tops eaten off today but saw deer tracks too in the area.  It is still early I think but  the rains are reducing the snow fast.
