My young bride and I have enjoyed two years of wedding bliss, course there were 45 years of mortal combat  preceding that..
Marriage can be wonderful if approached properly. First, there must be a mutual respect, trust and freedom to pursue each oneÂ’s dreams and goals. Second, Money should never be the basis for an argument. If both work, each should have their own checking and savings accounts and be responsible for bills according to their purchases, and obligations toward maintaining the household.
Marriage will always be a rough road, if either party is immature, lacking self esteem, and does not trust their partner. If both are adults, and can conduct themselves as adults it will work out. I am not saying there will never be disagreements, but where they occur, they should be resolved as quickly as possible, and forgotten. Never bring up an issue after it has been hashed out.
I know there have been times when my bride wanted to kill me, and I have thought about it a time or two, but we have always been able to work things out and enjoy each otherÂ’s company
By the way, my wife's Indian name is Five Horses, for short I just call her , Nag, Nag, Nag, Nag, Nag........... :-D
