i am in the network hardware design with a business in silicon valley and deal with these idiots all the time as employees. here is list of hacker personality and ability traits.
1 - people who hack websites and commercial networks believe they possess great computer programming skills and boast about their skills by engaging in hacking.
2 - hackers are always childish employees who can't cut it, take any real pressure on the job, and cannot produce a viable software product.
3 - hackers change jobs every months because their real abilities fall dismally far behind their highbrow self-perceived abilities.
4 - hackers do not understand or respect intellectual property.
5 - hackers are born followers.
in summary, hacking a website requires zero knowledge, zero ability, and, oh yeah, mommys' computer and dial-up internet account.
