What bulets are you using? There are many powders listed, 1680, 2230 2520, H4895, H4198, H322, H335, H4198, IMR 4895, IMR4198 RE12 etc...
many more.  Personally, I have used 2230, 1680 H322 aand H4895.  The 1680 tends to be pretty loud.  Also 4198 works well with 168 gr cast Billy Bullets.  Let me know what you need.

My latest toy has been a 10" 7mm TCU factory barrel.  I've tried two bullets, the 130g Sierra SSP and the Nosler 120g Ballistic Tips.  My barrel has a slight preference for the 130g Sierras.

I've also tried several powders:  H335, H322, and AA2460.  I also tried CCI 400 (standard) and CCI 450 (magnum) primers.  In all cases, I found the 450 (mag) primer gave an increase in velocity.  This is consistent with my finding for the 7-30waters in a 10" as well.

My load to date is as follows.

130g Sierra SSP bullet
29.3g H335
CCI 450
Velocity is 2071 ft/s with Extreme Spread of 12ft/s.
Accuracy averaged 0.55" @ 50 yards.

I did some variations you might find interesting.  


130g Sierra H335 29.3g CCI 400 => 2045 with ES = 9
130g Sierra H335 29.3g CCI 450 => 2071 with ES = 12

120g Nosler  H322 28.5g CCI 400 => 2201 with ES = 32 (1289ftlbs.)
130g Sierra  H322 27g CCI 400 => 2002 with ES = 16

130g Sierra AA2460 CCI 400 => 2080 with ES = 39
130g Sierra AA2460 CCI 450 => 2079

26g H335 w/ 139g Hornady (flat base) sp.   Most accurate load for my bbl.  Play around with your oal until you find the length that works best for you.   In mine its 2.700", just to give you an idea.  Each bbl is a little different.  

Once I found that load, it shoots well enough that it is all I use in my 10".  

It is LOUD.  :eek:

I didn't even think about the oal untel you said that, Thanks, if I rember right the 7tcu the oal is very imporant.
