I need some help from some of you out there who have had lever action wood fit, finished and checkered by a competent person. I have the 3x wood for a Model 71, long tang bolt peep delux that needs to be fit, finished and checkered.
Can some of you send me to folks you have used that you trust to do a great job for a price that I will not have to sell the gun afterwards to finace the project. I understand this takes time and is a skill however some of the quotes I've receieved I can purchase an original long tang delux for the same price.
