T/C black diamond vs woods rifle?

Greetings,
 I've got a chance to buy a black diamond or a woods rifle, I can't tell the difference from T/C literature and don't have the rifles in hand.  Can someone help me with any differences?  The woods rifle costs about $30 less.....
