Moose licences are now in the stores, they've gone up again (after our "one time" increase 3 years ago) and now cost $40. The draw deadline is May 15 again.

No fact sheets are available right now, but they're supposed to be mailed in April, to all of us who bought licences last year.

Got my bear questionaire, but still no moose fact sheet.

Same here. I just sent back the bear questionaire.

I saw a photocopy of one page of the fact package. It was the one that shows guaranteed group sizes - no guarantees in zone 47 again. :x

MNR's probably in the process of mailing the fact sheets out. I just downloaded them from the website: http://www.mnr.gov.on.ca/mnr/fwmenu.html

In the areas I've hunted in the past, they're only giving out a total of 5 tags in 55A and 10 tags in 57. Think I'll be looking for somewhere north to go.

I'm in 56, no guarantee for us either and only about 100 tags in total .
Maybe its time to call in the big guns?
