ive always been a fan of remington and i had planned on getting the 870 but was down at the gun shop today and the guy was showing me the new stoegers. it comes in 3 1/2 inch and its in camo also its $40 cheaper then the 870.

i think the stoeger is mad by someone else....i THINK it's Benelli...

Not really, it's a Turkish made copy of the Benilli guns. I always say when in doubt buy the Remington no matter what the gun in question is.

also the stoeger comes with all the choke tubes where as you have to buy them seperatly for the 870.

If it only comes with one choke tube, then you must be looking at the Express.  It only comes with one tube because it is the cheap version of the Wingmaster.  Personal after owning one Express I would save a little more money and buy a Wingmaster.

I have owned a couple Remington Express models and a Stoeger 2000.
In my opinion, the Stoeger is a decent gun, the quality is not quite what a Remington is, and with the camo/plastic stock in 3.5" mag its going to kick like a pissed mule. If you get this one, also consider every recoil reducing aid you can.
My stoeger has this same stock and I had to fill it with lead to tame the recoil. It would spank me hard even with skeet loads. Other then that , no problems.
