.22 hornet to .221 fireball

What would be involved in the conversion of .22 hornet to .221 fireball? Has anyone done this?

Little Bill, I think all would take is 221 reamer, then get a
 eject for 223, 22 hor. eject miht work with a little modifcation.
 I converted 22hor to a 219 zipper, Had to get 30-30 ejecter from Brownell's & or 8 dollaes. Good luck Marv.
