Russian toz 78?

Hi. I've seen the russian toz 78 at a store and wondered what quality it has. Is it a good shooter. What kind of accuracy do you get with it. Is this rifle good compaired to the 10/22? Thanks. Alec.

You will probably be seeing more of them soon but under different names.
They are decent shooters but not target rifles.
