I just read an article in
Bowhunt America, a free magazine that I got at Gander Mountain. The articles dealt with release techniques for better shooting. One of them that really helped me literally overnight was this one. Adjust the release length to fit the release lever, into the first groove in your trigger finger. When you draw the bow, instead of "pulling the trigger", rest your trigger finger on the release trigger, and concentrate on aiming. Move your release elbow slightly to the rear, in an arc toward your center of your back, to release the arrow. This helps punching the trigger, and target panic. This works just fine for me, I won't be changng THAT technique...has this one been around for a while? I would recommend this for those that haven't tried it...
