found a good solid shooter grade single six convertable at the local gun shop my buddy owns and picked it up for 150 bucks. It was a good day!!!

That would be a good day Lloyd!  Congrats to you on your single six!  I'm still thinking I would like one with a 4 5/8 barrel.  Of course I could just watch for a good buy on a 6 1/2 and cut it to 3 1/2 or 4".  Heard anything on the 'Michigan Shoot' yet?  I'll need to keep a hole in my calendar for it.  44 Man.

i love my custom vaquero but would love to have a 22 for some cheap plinking that i dont have to spend a couple of hours reloading for
some ppl just seem to be standing in the right place at the right time and im usually standing next in line and get to see a hell of a deal snatched out from under me

I ran into my 9 1/2 for $180 used, I thought it was new when I first looked at it, great condition.  After we were doing the paperwork, another guy who worked at the shop came up, and said, damn, wish I noticed that before!!

Good find Lloyd.  The shoot is Aug. 4, 5, 6 in Greyling if my sources (Lloyd) are correct.
