I got a beeman in 177 , some of the guys here think I made a mistake and could have got more gun for the money. I have not had mine long enough to give you any hard evidence one way or the other. I can say that spring guns take a little getting used to .I am not getting lots of real small groups, but i am consestantly hitting two inch targets. I have used it to kill a couple of small vermin. squrrel season is open but i have not got a shot yet. I am looking though. I do like the wieght and feel of the gun. Time will be the judge on how well it holds up. Again I have been told, I my be disapointed . So far the gun shoots fine the scope keeps center, and i am getting a little better at shooting it. It does not like being braced on a hard surface. It twitches and you do not hit your mark. I do better if i absorb the twitch. I am still figuring it out. I have only had it for a few weeks now. check out the break barrel thread several other guns are discussed in it. good luck. D.C.
