I just saw this .22 rifle in the 2006 catalog and was wondering what class it is in. Is it comparable to the CZ 452 American? How much will they cost and how do they shoot? Are they out yet?

I'm glad to see a possible mid-priced .22 rifle on the market.

Those were the Charles Daly .22s...now sold by Remington..
   
  Built by Zastava, a Yugoslavian (possibly Hungarian) firm.
 
  Much like the CZ..don't know if it is fully as accurate as CZ but should, on average, be better than Rems 504 in the accuracy dept..
