Powder?

I read that H110 and 296 powder
are the same, anyone know for sure?

i think the only difference is that 296 has a flash suppressent in it.

I don't think this is the case. IIRC, H110 is very round ball powder and 296 is flatened little blobs. The burn rates are pretty close though.

According to MANY past posts on the subject, H110 and 296 are the same powder.  KN

I've been told/heard this before as well. My only question is, if it's the same powder(interchangeable) why are there two(2) distinct seperate load ranges for the same bullet weight/caliber between H110 and 296?

I've seen this in my Hornady manual also.  I think you'd get the same difference between two different lots of either 110 or 296 in my opinion.  They are so close.
