Spencer, Carey, I have found that sometimes a Remington 760/7600 jams trying to chamber a round from the clip after firing the first
round. The fix is super easy and even a tool challanged guy like me can do it. If any 760/7600 does jam on the second shot just file a very little metal off the very forward front radius of the clip, both left and right side. Only do a couple of thousands at a time at your
range so you can keep trying it after filing. It allows the clip to seat deeper and "catch" the latch a little bit more firmly. So go slow and just a little bit at a time with your file. This trick has worked on every 760/7600 that did the second round jam thing. I fire every
new clip I buy to make sure it won't be a jammer. If it balks even a little bit, I file both front radius' just a wee bit and try it again. It
works, believe me!!!
