I have an International that isn't performing up to my expectations. Right now I can keep five shots on a 8 1/2 x 11 piece of paper at 100 yds. I'd like to tighten that up a little. The barrel channel is very tight (can't fit a dollar bill between the bbl and the wood)...should I loosen it up any? If I need to keep a pressure point, where should I, and how much pressure? Anything else I should look for?
I have the following ammo on hand to test:
ELEY Club Xtra, .22 LR
ELEY Target Rifle, .22 LR
RWS Target Rifle, .22 LR
WIN Wildcat, .22 LR
REM Std Vel (Target) .22 LR
REM Subsonic-HP, .22 LR
FED Match (900), .22 LR
CCI Mini-Mag Solid, .22 LR
CCI GreenTag Comp, .22 LR
That's about all that I can find locally. I like the full stock look, so I'd hate to change it it unless I really have to.
TIA,
MM
