Prayer Posse Please
« on: April 02, 2003, 06:19:51 PM »
Howdy Pards,
Today, Miss Rose and myself had to do one of the
saddest and most dificult things that either of us have ever done, We had to say goodbye to a very dear friend of ours who is moving back to Texas, knowing that we probably will never see him alive again. Many of you know him although he asked me not to mention his name, He is a decorated Vetran, having served in both Viet Nam and in Desert Storm. He is a Cowboy Shooter, many of you have shot beside him. He recently discovered he has Cancer, it is in the final stages and may be too late to treat. I come to you tonight to ask for Prayers for this good man, Prayers of a complete and full healing of this Cancer, To restore his strength and health! but also for Prayers that if it is Gods Will to call him home, He allows it to be without pain and suffering knowing that he has a great amount of Pards that Love him and care about him. Please Pray for this good man, and a Hero of our Great Nation! God Bless You All!

we are standing with you pard--but--a more comforting thought is the lord knows what is going on and had a plan for this before we were informed. you can take comfort that all is in good hands--we pray for strength to see tha hand of the lord, even though we don't understand. our prayer is that there will be comfort and strength for him and for you also in this time--peace also.
