Went to a link where they had hunting stories about shooting Kentucky whitetail with high power 50cal airguns. Got that deer hunting itch again now... Money issues are starting to relax a little, the long-awaited overtime is coming to pass so maybe I'll be able to get my barrel sent off to get bored to 375 Winchester in the next month or so. It would be nice to be able to carry her this season.

When you get your 375 Winchester, I hope yours will shoot as well as mine. The 0.197" 3 shot group below was shot at 50 yrds with a 1.5-5x20 Leupold scope. I am tickled.

I installed a Decelerater recoil pad which really melts down the recoil. I used 200gr Winchester Factory ammo. Since I only have one box of ammo I did not check the velocity.

I got a box of 225gr Hornady Interlocks to try whenever I get a set of dies.

Nice group Fred, my 375 will only see cast bullets in the 225-250gr range unless of course I change my feeble mind. The scope I have in mind will be a Sightron S2 1.5-6x42.
