« on: June 25, 2006, 04:29:14 AM »
Yesterday at Consolidated Sportsman's Club near Montoursville, Pa......................................

In an unbelievable performance, Derek shattered the previous record of 22 chickens for high power hunter rifle, hitting

52..........yes, fifty-two..

chickens in a row.

Congratulations to Derek on this super performance.

Thats a heck of a record. I know cuase it was my record he broke. I set it twice last year. But he tore that up and threw it away. That makes a nice match to his pig record...I think it is 52 also.  I believe the only HPHR record he doesn't have is turkey's. Hope he gets it. Now how would that be a Grand Slam of National Records !!!!  Damned fine shooting Derek.   Bill R
