model 70 winlight

i own a model 70 .270win  winlight, its stocks looks like a featherweight but it is fiberglass so it is more stable and is push feed bolt. does anyone know when this rifle  was offered by winchester era would be ok and what it maybe worth in 80% condition some minor blue and some stock scratches
