Nikon seems outof focus or blurry

When shooting at 100yrds or more the target is blurry but the reticle is fine. Is there someting wrong or are my eyes focusing on the reticle not the target?

Which scope is it?  At the risk of stating the obvious, does it have an adjustable objective?  Parallex adjustment?
