Something obviously went wrong because there were no big grins and Yeeee Haaaa's. OTOH nobody got run over or blown up just a face full of smoke obscuring the fun :D

I watched the video and it appears that the film makers thought the smoke in the face was the worst part.  It seemed to me that the loader was standing squarely in front of the muzzle after it had been loaded, but that didn't catch the film makers' attention.  I consider that much worse than anything else that happened in the film.
