You'd really have to ask Ed and Scott...my gut says probably not...and the reason for the 50 flint minimum is simply an effort to control the amount of counting, repackaging, addressing, shipping, etc they they'll have to do for thousands of flints that will be coming in from Englad.
For example, each block of 1000 3/4" flints arrive from Tom Fuller in England in 4 heavy duty bags of 250 flints each...they have to be opened, flints counted out per customer order, packaged, addressed, mailed, etc...and with such volumes of flints since they're selling them at cost, they don't want to spend an enormous amount of time packing 10 for this person, 18 for that person, 25 for this person, etc.
If you've got only two sizes in mind like 5/8" and 3/4", and can at least settle on 25 of each...they might be willing to do...but bottom line is just call and ask...maybe they will.
On the other hand, the ability to buy argueably the best flints in the world at half price is a very rare opportunity...you might want to bite the bullet and order some real quantity while you can...worse case, in years ahead if you lose iunterst, you can always resell them and get your money back...for example, I shoot every weekend and ordered a few hundred...won't ever have to worry about flints again the rest of my life...
