Spent rounds sticking in chamber.....

.... .not sure what the problem is, but the majority of my reloads are sticking in the chamber after the shot.  It's not the ejector.  These things are just tight in there.  Could it be the case lube?  Funk in the barrel?  I have coyotes to torment and this is slowing me down.  Please help.
