My friend was at the gun show today and he traded his very used but in good shape Sig P230 and 2 custom knifes for a 10/22 converted to 17M2. The guy wanted 500 for it and he said, and it looked slightly used and in great condition. Its a blued receiver with a hogue over molded stock, an ER Shaw blued helical fluted barrel, extended mag release, heavy bolt handle, auto bolt release, and it feels like its had trigger work done. I think he got a good deal on it cause I know my 10/22 converted to M2 with the EABCO kit was a little more than that even without all the trigger group parts. All that aside, he really just wants to know if the ER barrels will shoot. Do any of you own or have shot an ER Shaw 10/22 barrel? How did it shoot? Thanks!
