Sorry Dave, my .38-55 happily became a .405 Winchester!! ;D The last time I was at Sportsman's Warehouse, they still had complete rifles for $300, you can always send your SB2 frame in to have one fitted for about $140!! I've never seen one on ebay yet in all that have been on there.

Thanks, Tim!

I'll probably wait until after deer season here and then send the receiver to NEF. Can't part with it now, season starts 12th August. What started out as my .308 Survivor is now fitted with a 7X57 Ultra barrel and Cinnamon laminated stocks and will definitely be on the hunt.
