The first gun I ever bought for myself was a used
and very old Sheridan .20 cal. That was my small game weapon
for many years. It got damaged and no longer functioned properly
so it got stuck in the corner of the closet. well, a couple of weeks ago
I ran across it again. Upon inspection, I immediately noticed how to repair
what was wrong. I disassembled it and repaired a very small part
that was bent, reassembled it, pumped it up and fired it at a 3/4 inch
piece of plywood by the shop, BLAM...Thump ..a Nice .20 cal hole appeared
through the plywood. Memories of my childhood...Pump, Pump, Pump, (8x) Blam!
another hole right next to the first. many shots and a tired arm later, I am now hooked again !
I now have 2 Sheridans... The new one has a mounts and a Scope. My old Crossman "PellMaster 700" has come out of retirement. and I am now looking at a 9 mm air rifle as well. This is as addictive as cartridge guns.
