Housekeeping and clean up
« on: July 29, 2006, 04:12:06 AM »
I cleaned up the Cannon resource list this morning.  What do you think?

Anybody find any bad or dead links?

I was a little disappointed when I read this post. I was hoping you were cleaning out the shop and found some cannons to give away.
The list looks good and thanks.

The cannons link on Big Shots of Idaho are dead. The new
URL for Buy the World Cannons is:

http://www.buytheworld.com/cat0-54-219.html

It seems like there are a couple of other dead links. I'll keep
checking.

Here is the new link for JT Bullet Molds:
http://www.jt-bullet-moulds.co.uk/

Also, the link for Loose Cannon Gunworks is now:
http://www.loosecannongunworks.com/

When I clicked on the links in the "resource" section all I got
were 'page cannot be found' messages. Maybe it is just my
'puter,tho.

Are you saying all the links in the  Where to find Blackpowder Cannons and shooting supplies list are dead?

MRDUCKS CANNONS is bad.

Big Shots of Idaho goes to 'buy the world' is it supposed to?

Palmers Arnoury came up as 'Firefox can't find the server at www.palmersarmoury.co.za.'.
The Antique Cannon Superstore looks like this
(<head><meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=windows-1252"><!-- #BeginEditable "doctitle" --><title>The Antique Cannon Superstore</title><!-- #EndEditable --><base target="contents"><meta name="description" content="Welcome to the world's largest online source)
lots and lots of this.

 The crater link is bad.

I did not check the links after the video section.
I may not be completely sane, but at least I don't think I have the power to influence the weather.

Mr Ducks removed
Crater removed
Big shots of Idaho is a name change and is Buy The World and has been editted.
Email is off to Palmers Armoury to see if website is still up. Looks like server is down right now. They had some awesome scale models of Boer War cannons.
Antique Cannons store worked  just fine for me.

Sorry for the misunderstanding.  I meant that the old addresses on
'Loose Cannons' and ' JT Molds '  didn't work and that the 'page
can't be found' message were only on those two links.  Didn't mean
to cause a panic. Everything seems to better now. Thank you.
