STOCK SWAP?

 I have a 243 ultra with bull barell now it has the new choate varmint stock on it. i really dont like them and want to know if a shot gun stock and forarm will fit? i have a NWTF 12 GA with camo laminated straight stock i want to use these on my 243. the forarm fits fine have not tried the butstock will it work? if it does i will sell my varmint stocks and buy a set for my shotgun. what would be a good price to ask for them. how much should a set of plain janes cost for my 12ga?  thanks ???
