Been lurking here for a while.
Just picked up a handi in .22-250.

Now is it normal to have an anxiety attack trying to decide what to get from the list of barrels that you can get ???

Welcome aboard, Jack!! Yes, it is, it's one of the first symptoms of becoming addicted to these firearms, once you get started, there's no turning back!! After a few more barrels, you may be interested in rechambering and reboring one or 3 for custom calibers, just depends on how weak you are, I'm about as weak as they come with 24 rifle barrels and 20 frames, 3 custom calibers, sick, sick, sick, I know!!! ;D

lol...yeap it starts out so slowly. Then you find out how many calibers and configurations you can put together, stock switching, receivers for what barrel, caliber for what application, etc..etc..

Welcome Jack

You have no idea of the journey you are about to take , Handi's are the crack of the shooting world .  :P

Just kidding , you will find these are just fun rifles to shoot and will hold their own with many of the high dollar guns and in many cases surpass them .

A few of the must have barrels are the .223 bull , the 45/70 and the .308 or 30/06 . And lets not forget the shotgun barrels like the 20 mod , the 12 tracker 1 and the low-ley .410 just for fun .

O my i feel the urge to go buy another one myself . ::)

45 Jack Welcome to GBO forums! You about to become Handi-holic.
It is illness that can notbe cured, except a nother handi.
I think Tim is the sickest here. I am not as bad as Tim
I only have 6 frames and 9 barrels. Marv,

Welcome Aboard Jack:

Yes...it's very normal as been said, when becoming a Handi-holic.I gets soooo bad..you won't be able to go into a gun shop and look at regular guns..your eyes will start scanning the racks for Handi's...passing over the exspensive bolt guns ;D

It's ok though...your in good company here ;)
