SB2 Ultra Shotgun Receiver?????

I notice that in their  current catalog the Ultra Hunter Deluxe in 12 ga. is an SB2 receiver; does this mean it will accept a rifle barrel, since I really want the Camo laminate stocks anyway and it is the only way it is offered?

Also where is the cheapest place to purchase scope rails and Hammer spurs for Handis and Ultras; amd what is the difference in the Ultra rail anf handi rail?

Scope rail info is in the FAQ and Help sticky, you can get either H&R rail direct from H&R, Brownell's or Numrich, same for the hammer extensions. The SB2 frame on the Ultra slug is a dedicated frame, it's can't be fitted with any rifle barrels. There's a thread on it in the NEF/H&R Shotgun forum and at least a thread or 2 on it here.
