beware of sarchasm inthe following post
rickyp,
you found magtech brass at the range and your picked up other brass at the range; both are free, how is the magtech brass cheaper?
end of sarchasm
In what ways does the magtech brass differ from say Remington or Winchester brass - serious question because I don't have any magtech but I do have Winchester, Remington, Speer, Frontier and others. of these Winchester is the lightest - which is good because I can get more powder in them without signs of pressure or compressing it. Remington brass won't hold as much powder but you can't tell that by looking at it. It all seems to hold up to my loads about the same - but then I don't load near maximum in most of my cases - I do for the 357 Mag and 357 Maximum because that is where I get the best accuracy but my rifle cartridges give superior accuracy below maximum loads. If you can quantify the statement I am interested.
I am not saying you are wrong- I have nothing to base anything on. I am interested in what you mean about it being cheaper and how you came to that conclusion.
