Introducing another sleeper ... the Colt Pocket Nine
« on: August 02, 2006, 10:53:58 AM »
Introduced in 1999 and in production for only one year was the Colt Pocket Nine ...

... a sub-compact semi-autoloader designed to be the size of a PPK ...

... but chambered in the full-power 9mm Parabellum (as opposed to the 9mm Kurz of the PPK) ...

... since then, a number of other autoloaders have been introduced that are about the same size as the Pocket Nine ...

... and some that are even smaller ...

... The Colt Pocket Nine remains a true gem undiscovered by many. While they are difficult to find, NIB and near-NIB models can still be found. If you have the opportunity to buy one of these beauties, don't pass it up -- you'll be sorry if you do.

PS: Before anyone should ask ... no, none of mine are presently for sale.
