30-40 Krag Parts

Does anyone have a source for a front and middle barrel band for a 1898 Krag rifle?  I have been all over the net and can't seen to locate them.

I assume you've checked GunParts and the other standard parts houses.. I have an acquaintence locally that may have something. If you've tried the normal sources I'll give him a call.

gunnut69.  I have checked every place I can find on line, as well as all the parts houses in my area and have not been able to locate the parts I need.  Numrich normally has them, but have been out of stock for quite a long perion, and have no idea when they may get them again.  If you have a source I would sure appreciate the information.

Contact Paul Borosky at 'Military Armament Systems' at 300 N.Monroe, Versailles, MO 65804. I don't have the phone number but perhaps you can look it up at PhoneBook.com?? I suppose I've lost something else again!!  CRS! He deals specifically in parts for old military weapons.. Tell him Jerry Propst sent you..
