Scope Rail Question...

I know this has been covered here but search isnt working.  I just sent in my frame to get a 243 24" bull barrel, I know that comes with a rail, Im going to mount a 4-12x40 on that barrel.  The other barrel I am getting is the 32" 45-70 barrel which I am going to cut down to 30" put a target crown on and then scope with either a 3-9 or something bigger. 
It comes drilled and tapped yes? 
What rail does it take?
Normal Handi Rifle scope rail?
