what ever happen to the calico's? they had a 50-100 rounds and i think they would have made gun like the MP5 not needed.

Well, to tell the truth I shoot a Springfield XD so it doesnt really matter.

but 100 bullets in a subgun thats got to do well in close fighting.

well if i cant reload an mp5 using 30 round mags before more bad guys get me, i'd say forget the 100 round mag, and call in artillery ;D

I think the Assault Weapons Ban killed Calico along
with the price of them. I only saw a couple of the full autos
and they were impressive. There are a lot of the semi-autos around though.
The pistol version with the 50 round Helical Mag was very poorly balanced
and difficult to fire accurately. Another officer and I were always buying up
wierd guns like that when they came out. (Ever see the 30 round .22 Mag Grendle ?
That was his backup gun !).. I wish I still had those guns.
