What calibers where offered?

I was curious what calibers did H&R put out in their single shots before they went under changes and then later joined NEF?
I know of older models with 30-30, and 45-70, But thats about all I got.  Anyone got some info for me?

.22 Remington Jet is one of em, there was another one back a year or so ago on one of the auction sites, but I don't remember for sure what it was, a .22 cal of some sort, IIRC. There was discussion here about it, but with the search disabled, I won't even try to look for it. :'(

They offered combos too, didn't they? I also remember hearing that the 22Hornet was one of the older calibers offered. I didn't think many where, but I knew that they offered a few centerfires.

 They also 357 mag & Max. 44 Mag. 223 rem, I bought a couple shotguns from
 K-mart, went a gun shop bought 22hornett, & 30-30 barrels cost 16 dollars each.

 that was back in '72 or '73. Othink the shotguns cost 39.95 each.

I was curious if they chambered the 223. It's a pretty high pressure round 55,000 PSI. I wonder if any of those old receivers had problems with stretching from extended firing of the 223, being that they where suppose to be weaker than the current SB-1 receivers?

I've questioned that too, Aaron..... but, H&R evidently doesn't consider it a high pressure round since they don't asterisk it in the barrel list right along with the  Whelen, 204, 22-250 and 500S&W!!.....course they could be just more errors on the web page too!!

Perhaps I will email them about this on Monday. I don't really know what kind of answer to expect, cause they won't tell us exactly what kind of pressures a regular SB-1 will with stand.
 I'll still send one out and see what I can get and I'll mention whats is/isn't on their site as well.

 I shot a 22-250 off one 3 0r 4 times just to see what it would do.  I used a long stick t pull the trigger, just in case.  It didnt even blow out the primer.
