I have a friend who is wanting some rattlesnake skin for backing on a bow he is building. Does anyone in this forum know of a source?

A rattlesnake would be the first place I would look. 

I would just talk to anyone you know that hunts out west and have them ask a landowner or guide to whack one for you.
