Thanks for the graph. It sure shows the limitations of firing a rimfire at a distance. As I understand it, if the bore of a 22 was about four feet off the ground, and fired straight out, with a 100 yard zero, then the bullet would hit the ground a little over 225 yards out. Until last night, I could put this idea to the test, but old Ernesto is starting to settle the dust around here, not that I am complaining about getting some rain. The next dry spell, I think I will try it.
