Contender or Dan Wesson?

Hi,
I'm looking at hunter class shooting out to 100 yds. and have a Wesson mod. 15 in 357 mag and also have a Contender. The question is buy the 10' barrel for the Wesson or the Contender? Another concern is that if I went with the Contender I could use the 22 Hornet instead of the 38. I know a lot of this is up to the individual but I thought never having shot this game, I would ask for opinions! Thanks!

If you reload I would use the 22 Hornet. It is low recoil and very flat shooting.

Actually, if you are going to buy a Contender barrel, please consider the 25-20. You can use heavier bullets than a Hornet yet still have very mild recoil.
Best of luck and let us know what you decide.
