Well I got my new barrel from T/C yesterday. I bought a .45 cal. muzzleloader barrel last year and when I got to shooting some with it I found that the accuracy wasn't up to my standards or in my opion even T/C's standards. Shortly after I bought this barrel I started reading comments pertaining to this caliber of muzzleloader and discovered that when they (t/c) first came out with the .45's they put a 1:20 twist in the barrel why they did this I have no clue. Well to say the least I sent it back with a letter stating that the accuracy was very poor and that it was a 1:20 twist and that they should replace it with a new one. So I got it yesterday but I a can't shoot it yet because I have sent my reciever off to bullberry to have some trigger work and my other new barrel put on it. I hope they both shoot like they should. We will see!

Let us know how it performs when you get the receiver back.
