It's something when a man puts rings on his rifle that cost over half of what he paid for it ;D
Nice set up, with those babies that scope will NEVER move!

I have a Remington 760 257 Roberts, good for deer but not so good for long range, also 257 ammo is hard to come by in my area as all the younger generation shoot present day ammo so the gun shops really don't stock up on the 257.Not to many young hunters today even know what a 257 Roberts is or even a 250-3000 which I have in a Savage 99.

25-35 Winchester chambered for the pre 64 Model 94 Winchester. If a 25 caliber bullet can kill a deer size animal,Why would you shoot the same animal with a Winchester 300 Magnum? Go figure.

I don't have to worry about my wife(been married 41 years) shes a  Pistoleiro.her favorite handgun is a 1927 S&W 44 Special, she also has a Navy Arms 44 Scholfield that she likes alot, her first handgun was a H&R Sportsman DA double deuce.she still has that one,We are having a hard time tracking the 4 diget serial number on this revolver. It is the predasessor to the 999.Seems H&R's records are not up to date on their older firearms.

i love these Handi's, and wouldn't trade my .223 Heavy-barrel for Most of the rifles out there.   but......an amazing .22-250 that we tuned for one of my friends in a Rem' Model 700 will make you quit your hankering for .223's!     if you can find yourself one of their ADL-synthetics, or maybe one of their sps's in .22-250..............you'll see the little .224 bore in a whole new light!

all the best to you......................................................addict! :o

Got to agree with saftysheriff,I've had a 700 adl synthetic for years, well it was wood but I put synthetic on it and it shoots many loads in 3s-4s Only thing I ever did was adjust the trigger.Needless to so my fravorite rifle.
