All depends on what you want to spend. Sharps rifles by Shiloh, C. Sharps, and Pedersoli are good. High-walls by Browning or Winchester get a good rifle in a huge range of cartridge chamberings. You can also put an octagon barrel on lots of different guns, like Ruger #1, even though they don't have such barrels from the factory. Then there are Ballards, Remington Rolling-blocks and Hepburns (most of those are custom builds). Harrington and Richards makes a good, inexpensive break-action, NEF Handi-Rifles, and TC Encores also if you're looking for something modern.
