=================================
California Microstamping Bill Heads to Assembly
RESIDENTS URGED TO TAKE ACTION . . . Legislation that will mandate microstamping of firearms and allow for the future mandatory bullet serialization of all ammunition―including shotgun shells―passed the California Senate last week. The bill, AB 352, will now return to the California Assembly where, if it passes, gun owners and all California taxpayers will pay a hefty price. A recent independent study revealed this unproven patented technology does not function as advertised by the patent holder. The bill was also amended to provide a "back door" to bullet serialization. Ammo makers say it is impossible to put serial numbers on all ammunition without going bankrupt and say it would force them to stop sales of ammunition in California. AB 352 is a de facto ban on ammunition. Please visit www.nssf.org for additional information on AB 352.

Just another reason to add to my 56,000 reasons to move out of the liberal republic of California. I am so sick of this state, my head is about to explode. I as always will do my part.

Good shooting,
Brian

IT is another on my list too. only I am leaving and soon. There are too few good people left in the state. Problem is these folks wont be happy just trying to stop CA residents from getting ammo. One of them will try to get something on a federal level if they are succesfull at the state level.
 So I will go to the website and see what I can do to have my two cents heard before i go.    D.C. Don

For the record, This is what i did, I made sure my NRA membership was renewed, I had let it lapse . So that has been set to rights. And i called my senator and asked that he represent my view and oppose  AB 352  that call should be on the records. It might not do much, but at least I have called and tryed to get those that were elected to REPRESENT us, to repesent my point of view .IF you are still a resident of CA and care about your rights any where in the US call your senator and ask them {politely} to represent your point of view and oppose this bill.  There my 2 cents has been heard. Put yours in the pot too!!!   thank you for your efforts    D.C. Don
