New to T/C
« on: September 01, 2006, 03:31:52 AM »
I recently inherited a Contender with six barrels of various calibers. I am now addicted to the Contender. I have questions from time to time, and so far most of the answers I have found here on the forum, asked by other folks. I look forward to talking with you guys. Any advice and suggestions will be greatly received.

As for suggestions, find an IHMSA club and drop in to see how the silhouette shooters tune and set up their Contenders, There's a lot of accuracy potential in those antique looking, slow shooting pistols! Check out this thread: http://www.graybeardoutdoors.com/smf/index.php/topic,97064.0.html and check out www.IHMSA.org

It looks like you need a 375 JDJ; then you'll be ready to go for everything from varmints to elephant.  Tell your wife/girlfriend I said so...Christmas is coming.
