The only handloads I've shot in mine are 75gr Vmax with H414, but it loves 95gr Fusion and 100gr Hi Shok (now Power Shok) factory ammo if that's any hellp.

Mine shoots Speer 70gr HP over a lighter load of Varget very good. I have yet to try out my Nosler 100gr BT but I got them loaded up and ready.
Tim is right, those Power-Shocks shoot great in the 243's, and they are cheap too. Around $10 or so, depending on where you go. My local Walmart carries them for $9. It's good ammo and I love Federals brass.Very easy to work with.

I am glad to hear that Power Shock's shoot good out of NEF 243's, still waiting for mine to get here.  I bought a 5 boxes from my local Walmart for $5 a box last month, I bought it for the brass basically, and it was only $5 a box.

I loaded up some 70gr Noslers Ballistic Tips with Varget in Remington cases.  Hopefully mine will like lighter bullets as well as the heavier 100gr's

4350 has long been my all time favorite powder for this caliber. I am usually only loading 90+ grn bullets.

The 223 is my varmint gun. I haven't loaded light bullets enough in this caliber to say if this would be good for lighter bullets.
