high power equipment for sale
« on: September 04, 2006, 05:05:19 PM »
Due to a nerve injury in my neck my doctor says I must give up sustained high power shooting, as a consequence I am selling off my latest high power silhouette equipment.  I bought this early this spring and the barrel is just broken in, it has not shot a match yet.  During breakin it consistently grouped 5 shot groups @ 200 meters into one inch or less

A&B barrel – F34 contour (same as a #4) that was fitted to a factory threaded Remington 700 receiver, it is match chambered in 7BR, finished length is 25 ¾”, it has an 11 degree target crown and measures .635 at the muzzle.  It has been lightly lapped and is very smooth and cleans easily.  It has had a total of 60 rounds through it.

300 pieces of Remington 7BR brass, individually packed in 20 round boxes, 260 are unfired, 40 pieces are once fired, I also have another 71 pieces that were given to me, I do not know how many time they have been fired.  For a total of 371 pieces of R-P brass.

Two sets of Lee reloading dies, one set is a full length resizing die with bullet seater and the other is the collet neck-sizing die, it also has a bullet seater.

I would prefer to sell the items as a total package.

$200 will buy it all – my loss is your gain.

These items are still for sale - it will make someone an inexpensive start into highpower silhouette.  Have your gunsmith screw the barrel onto your Rem action, check the headspace and you are ready to shoot silhouette.
