If possible, go to a sporting goods store, or a camera shop, or a bird watching store, and look through as many brands as they carry. Then decide. When it comes to binoculars, spend as much as you can possibly afford. It is really unbelievable what a good pair of binoculars can do for you, and conversly, how bad most of the cheap ones really are (if you expect to use them hunting, and be looking thru them for more than about 30 seconds).
